We've been using Wiatrek's Meat Market for years as our supplier for Krazy Katsu, and I honestly can't say enough good things about them. Matteo and Carter are incredible to work with. They genuinely care about their customers and always go above and beyond to make sure we're getting the highest-quality chicken and beef available. I like them a lot. They are great at what they do and their quality and pricing are so much better than HEB. I'll going to them for all my meats for as long as I'll be living in SA! Keep up the excellent service and quality!

Beef check meat was 4lbs, 60٪ FAT(inedible)! We barely had enough meat for me and my wife to eat Sunday morning. The sweetbreads (mollejas de res) the same NOTHING BUT FAT!! I'm scared to see how the ground beef we bought will turn out. I thought dedicated meat markets were better than the average supermarket. I rarely go to places like this, and I will NOT be returning!

All I’ve ever bought from here is the beef jerky. It’s average at best. Kinda pricey and way to thin, almost like paper. The Teriyaki lacks flavor depth and the spicy is just too spicy, at least for me. For almost $35 a pound, it should be better.

I'm ashamed it took me this long to find Wiatrek's - they're the best. If you're entertaining, going to a gathering, or just want to make some REALLY incredible meals, you just can't go wrong. We've had their sausage (Grillmaster), burgers (Patty Packs), dino rib plate (unreal in the smoker) and many of their sides. Fresh, responsibly-sourced, locally-owned/operated, delicious - Wiatrek's checks all my boxes
